APPLICATION PROCEDURE
If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, the request is denied, the response is deemed unsatisfactory, or it does not meet the requirements outlined in Article 12.5, the interested party may file a formal claim. Similarly, a claim may be initiated if a response is not received within twenty business days.
Claims can be submitted through the Generic Instance section of the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as through the other channels outlined in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
All claims will be received and managed by the General Subdirectorate of Service Inspection of the Ministry.
